Trust me when I say, I’ve felt stuck, anxious & disconnected.

I’ve felt that there is vast potential within myself, but I’m unsure of how to access or harness it, leading to helplessness and frustration.
I’ve struggled to differentiate between genuine intuitive nudges & Spirit, and the misleading voices of anxiety or ego, resulting in decision-making paralysis.
I’ve been trapped in cycles of negative self-talk, intrusive thoughts and feeling disconnected from my pure, loving self, which has led to craving external validation and self-sabotaging behaviors.
I’ve had persistent feelings of stuck-ness & lack of clarity, without understanding the underlying subconscious barriers that are holding me back.
I provide a genuine, heart-centered approach to coaching – enhancing clarity, unconditional love, and deeper alignment with one's true self to cultivate a well-balanced state of being.
What is a ‘heartist’?
Softening my heart is what allowed me to find my way home and back to God. Being a heartist means that I allow my open heart to lead the interactions, connections, and experiences that I’m co-creating with Him. It could be through coaching, dancing & DJing, painting, having a conversation on my podcast with another heart-centered human, or offering an in-person group experience. It’s a way of being. It’s beauty, flow, & pure agape from the heart - hence the divine synergy of the words ‘heart’ and ‘artist’ to create “heartist.”
